Wolf heeft zijn eigen stijl ontwikkeld die zijn passie voor groove, latin, jazz en pop laat horen.
Met Denise Jannah speelde hij onder andere op het North Sea Jazz Festival, Baku Jazz Festival, Azerbijdjan en Joy of Jazz Festival in Zuid-Afrika; zij toerden ook in Indonesië en Zuid-Afrika. Met het duo ‘Hartog en Martini’ trad hij op op radio en TV en was hij voorprogramma van Tuck en Patti in Nederland en Duitsland.
Wolf Martini is afgestudeerd aan het Hilversums Conservatorium / Hogeschool voor de Kunsten van Amsterdam. “De studie was geweldig, maar ik heb het meeste geleerd door concerten te spelen met artiesten zoals Jhelisa Anderson/USA en ‘the dutch grand lady of swing’ Rita Reys (die o.m. opnam met Johnny Griffin en Kenny Clarke) en door te touren met soul revue ‘Big, Black & Beautiful’ en popsoulzangeres Ruth Jacott.” Hij is te horen op cd’s van onder meer Mathilde Santing, Deborah J.Carter en Dana Winner met het Metropole Orkest en P.U.L.S.E.. Zijn optredens in de popmuziek variëren van Candy Dulfer tot George Baker en Edsilia Rombley.

Wolf Martini graduated from the Hilversum Conservatory / Amsterdam University of the Arts. “Doing the study was great but I learned the most through playing concerts with artists like Jhelisa Anderson/USA and ‘the dutch grand lady of swing’ Rita Reys (who recorded with Johnny Griffin and Kenny Clarke) and touring with soul revue ‘Big, Black & Beautiful’ and pop soul singer Ruth Jacott.” He can be heard on CDs by Mathilde Santing, Deborah J.Carter and Dana Winner with the Metropole Orkest, among others.
